Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please email hello@thewondercompany.co.uk with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photographs where possible

Once we have reviewed the issue, we will arrange a replacement, refund or other appropriate resolution.

Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we’ll investigate with the delivery provider.

Where an order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature and low cost of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Items ordered in error

• Products no longer required

• Products showing signs of use

• Personalised or customised products

We’re a small family business and always aim to resolve any genuine issues fairly and promptly.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible so your adventures can begin sooner!

Orders placed before 12pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

Friday Orders

• Orders placed before 12pm on Friday are usually dispatched the same day.

• Orders placed after 12pm on Friday, or over the weekend, will be dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Delivery Service

Unless otherwise selected at checkout, all orders are sent via Royal Mail Second Class.

If you require a faster delivery service, please contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best to help.

Delivery Area

Our standard shipping rates apply to mainland UK addresses only.

If you’re located outside mainland UK (including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands or overseas), please get in touch before placing your order and we’ll provide a bespoke shipping quote where possible.
