Birthday Party Booking Policy

Booking Policy

On enquiry a staff member will go through all the details required for the booking.

  • To secure your booking a £75 deposit must be paid immediately through our online booking system, otherwise we cannot guarantee to hold the date/time of your booking.

  • Your booking will go through to our admin team who will be in touch via email, sending you confirmation email, a formal invoice and links to party invites.

  • Our admin team will then be in touch in the week leading up to the party to finalise details of the party - but you are of course welcome to touch base regarding the party at any time.

  • All party bookings must be paid in full 48 Hours before the party date.

  • Once the party has been paid in full, the payment is non-refundable.

  • There is no reduction in price should your party be less than 15 children.

  • If your booking is for two (or more) birthday children the parent making the booking shall be the first point of contact, we’ll only communicate with this parent to avoid miscommunication. 

  • The adult booking the party is responsible for any children left unattended – we are not responsible for any children during your time with us. Children must be accompanied at all times, either by their parents or the adult who has booked the party. 

  • The adult booking the party is also responsible for the amount of children arriving to the birthday party

  • We will contact you to finalise times, however we do require 30 mins set up, please do bear this in mind when organising the party and hiring of the venue.

  • The time you book your birthday party for is the time that we are ready to start – if you’re late or wish to wait for late arriving guests that is not a problem, but it does run into your time. 

  • Once you’ve made your final confirmations in regards to number of guests and extras (party bag boxes etc.) you shall be charged for the number you confirmed and any extras required. 

Booking Amendments

  • Amendments made to the booking less than 3 days prior to the event may result in additional charges.

  • Should a booking reduce in numbers, please advise us at your earliest convenience - less that 3 days notice before the event will result in full payment. 

  • A £20 administration fee may be applicable on any amendments made to the booking, such as postponement or moving the date. 

Cancellation Policy
  • All deposits are non refundable. 

  • Should you wish to cancel a party, we require at least 21 days notice or you will be expected to pay in full for the party booked, regardless of whether the party goes ahead or not, excluding any extras.   

  • Once the party has been paid in full, the payment is non-refundable.

  • The Wonder Company is not responsible or liable for any cancellation, including illness, adverse weather, or if the factory is shut for any unforeseen circumstances. 

The Wonder Company reserve the right to change, update or amend the terms and conditions set out as above.
